We use enquiry information to respond to you, provide survey services, manage our relationship with you and protect our forms from spam. Our basis for processing enquiry data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps towards a contract.

Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect the contact form from automated abuse. It is necessary for the form to work. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. You can accept or reject analytics cookies through the cookie banner and change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

We also use Sentry to monitor and diagnose website errors. Our email and hosting providers process information as needed to deliver the website and respond to your enquiry.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any services and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
